Mustard Research Customer Research Video for Jewson
This video was designed to show the thoughts and feelings of average customer through a normal working day in a branch of Jewsons. We spent the day filming customers inside the store and then edited this into a sequence which was used by senior members of the Jewson management team.
We provided a very wide range of video services to Mustard Research, one of the UK’s leading market research companies, for a large number of their biggest clients. They used this as a USP over their competition and helped them win many new contracts. The feedback was consistently good, and video was well received as a new and effective way of presenting results of customer research
